I can’t say enough good things about Brady and his team. They helped my wife and I buy our first home when we thought it would take so much longer to find the right property. Part of what made the process so much easier for us was how well the team operated together and ensured there was always coverage to take care of us. Brett Davis Real Estate provided outstanding service during the purchase of a new dwelling in a development in Brunswick Maine. The process took 19 months as things often do in new construction. Throughout this extended period, the team at Brett Davis was knowledgable, supportive, kind, responsive, understanding and perhaps most notably able to hold things together with endless patience as I moved through struggles in obtaining details on the construction, moments of doubt, constant delays in closing, massive amounts of paper work, and follow up on the 'punch' list. John Libby Construction built our home after getting people in to clear the land, do the site work and then build our dream house. John and his team were so friendly, easy to work with and fast!
