Brett’s Team is amazing. When you hire them to buy or sell real estate, you really do get a team, and a winning team at that. Every question is answered, every glitch is fixed, every stressor is melted away. Everything is done the way it should be and nothing ever falls through the cracks. For our sale, Brett’s Team ultimately acted in a dual relationship. That being said, although Brett and team represented the transaction rather than my wife and me as sellers, we never felt as though our interests were secondary. When we decided to have a new home built by John Libby Construction, we never imagined how wonderful John and his team would be to work with. Our home is more beautiful and perfectly designed for us than we dreamed it would be. They were professional, very knowledgeable, skilled, and patient (this is the first time we have built a home). The attention to detail and the craftsmanship shows throughout the house. John and his team were easy to work with as we navigated through the process. We made a few upgrades, we asked lots of questions along the way, and we made a few add ons. John and his team were friendly, extremely patient and helpful, and importantly to us, responsive. We would highly recommend John Libby Construction to anyone considering having a home built in Maine. If we ever build again, we will definitely use John Libby Construction.

John Libby Construction built our home after getting people in to clear the land, do the site work and then build our dream house. John and his team were so friendly, easy to work with and fast! They made the home building process very enjoyable for us and I would highly recommend John Libby Construction. Also after we moved in John has been great about answering questions and is now a friend even though we did not know him prior to his building our home!
